We take wellbeing seriously and have fully qualified Mental Health First Aiders across our Group. While we hold two wellbeing weeks each year, we offer ongoing support throughout the year. We approach health and wellbeing holistically, covering environmental, physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Our two wellbeing weeks focus on all elements of wellbeing, including:
- Physical Wellbeing: Diet, physical activities to raise money for charity, nutrition, and sleep advice.
- Financial Wellbeing: Benefits support and the importance of pensions.
- Emotional Wellbeing: Mental Health First Aiders, confidential and anonymous support through our external Employee Assistance Programme, the People Team, and resources available to team members and managers to support good mental health.
- Wellbeing Passports: We provide wellbeing and reasonable adjustment passports to support our team members and give their managers vital information.

Finding a Job

Each advert details the responsibilities of the role and the knowledge, skills, and experience we’re looking for. Selection Process
Initial Selection for Interview
One of our recruitment team members will review your application, comparing your skills and experience with the job requirements. If you meet the role criteria, we’ll arrange a brief, informal phone chat before deciding on interviews.
The Interview
Interviews may be conducted online (usually via Microsoft Teams) or in person at one of our offices. We strive to make these as relaxed and informal as possible.
You might be asked to complete a task or test related to the role, but don’t worry—we’ll inform you beforehand. No surprises!
After the Interview
After the interview, our hiring managers take time to carefully consider all candidates. This process can take a few days, so don’t worry if you don’t hear back immediately.
A second-stage interview might be scheduled to clarify certain points or introduce you to other team members. Once interviews are complete, we’ll inform you of our decision—whether we’re making you an offer or if you weren’t successful this time.
If this role isn’t the right fit, we may keep your details for future opportunities.
