A report by the Association of Accounting Technicians suggests that by the age of 21 degree apprentice graduates can be up to £100,000 better off than their university-attending peers. The qualifications offer a debt-free degree and at least three years’ work experience. Applications for degree apprenticeships are soaring, with one in seven of all apprenticeship starts now at degree level.

How It works
As part of your degree apprentice programme, you’ll spend the majority of your time working and the rest of your time studying part-time either at university or remotely with a trusted, experienced qualification provider for a degree paid for by us! Overall, you spend about 80% of your time working and 20% of your time studying.
We offer the opportunity to gain an Accountancy degree, Sales degree and many other options.
The Programme
This is where your amazing future begins. Our structured Degree Apprentice Programme has been designed to give you an immersive experience. As well as receiving great training and support, you’ll work alongside and learn from some of the most respected professionals in their field. Through coaching, mentoring, and training you will develop the necessary skills to leverage a toolbox of experiences, capabilities, and leadership competencies for success and growth.
We also task your cohort with a meaningful and purposeful project, giving you the chance to apply critical thinking, innovative problem solving, and creative solutions within a collaborative team environment. As part of the team, you’ll address a current company challenge or opportunity to deliver direct value to our business.
Application Process and Induction
The process is short and sweet, you submit a short online application, we hold a video call with you for 30 minutes just to find out more about you…no tricky questions, we invite you to an assessment centre where we find out more about us, we make you an offer straight after! Our start date is 4th September 2024.
You will spend two days expenses paid with everyone else on your 2024 cohort for your induction then you get to join your team!
